US domestic shipping

I currently ship products in the United States only. All orders ship from the United States, and delivery estimates* are in business days, Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays in the U.S.) and do not include order processing times. I will process your order within 2-3 business days. I use leading logistics providers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to ship the products; we will share a tracking number once your product is ready for shipment.

*I will do my best to get your orders on time. However, there may be possible delays with delivery services beyond my control.

International shipping

My current business focus is in the United States and does not offer to ship outside the country. We are working on arranging logistics and country-specific regulations related to our business and shall update you when we are ready to ship internationally. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on international shipping.


Returns

Returns and Exchanges

I create the products you will love. I shall provide product information on my website as much as possible to help you make your selection of your choice, and I am happy to answer any questions before you purchase the product. As a customer, I can understand we change our minds sometimes; however, due to the nature of the products and hygiene considerations, I will not be able to offer returns or exchanges.

I shall be happy to refund your money if the product delivered to you is damaged or lost in the shipping process. I ask that you write to info@merakcreations.com immediately to notify me of the situation with your order details, a picture to verify (if damaged), and a brief description of the issue.
